Voshell’s Pharmacy provides a ketamine therapy program for patients whose depression or chronic pain has not responded adequately to standard treatments. Our program is built on three principles: clinical safety, pharmacist partnership, and transparent communication.
For patients whose physician has determined that a compounded ketamine formulation may be appropriate, Voshell’s works alongside the prescribing provider to prepare custom formulations to your individual prescription specifications.
Ketamine has been studied as an adjunct treatment for certain chronic pain conditions including complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), neuropathic pain, and fibromyalgia. Our pharmacists work with your pain specialist or physician to prepare a formulation appropriate to your treatment plan.
Compounded ketamine formulations require a valid individual prescription and physician evaluation. Voshell’s does not provide clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Results vary.

Your ketamine formulation is compounded to your physician’s exact specifications in our USP 795, 797, 800 compliant facility.

We remain in contact with your prescribing physician throughout your treatment and follow up on your response.
Ketamine is an N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist that has been approved by the FDA as a clinical anesthetic since 1970. It is on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines. At subanesthetic doses — lower doses than used in surgery — ketamine has been studied extensively for its effects on depression and pain.
